Supporting the County’s communications staff, our team deployed a comprehensive strategy to deliver the right information at the right time. We utilized every available channel—from social media and traditional news to onsite signage and community networks. To ensure broad reach, materials were developed in over 10 languages, and we coordinated efforts across nine municipalities and 10 County departments. In the first six months alone, we distributed 2,600 news stories and social media posts, produced over 46 multilingual videos, and saw 150,000 unique visitors to the COVID-19 landing page. Our clear, timely communications helped residents, businesses, and the media navigate shifting guidance and respond appropriately during a period of intense uncertainty.
